| When introducing a behavior plan it is important to have reinforcers and rewards when positive behavior is displayed. It is always a good idea to ask the parent or guardian what will motivate the student. These incentives will help promote behavior change. It might be a happy gram or more computer time. It might be something tangible like a treat. Each student is an individual and what works for one student may not work for another. Get some input from the student as well as to what he wants to work toward. |
